You want to use our APIs
Our policy administration endpoints allow you to perform policy administration tasks on existing customer policies that have been generated using the sales package of API's.
You can search or retrieve existing policies or certain policy details to allow you to perform checks, validations or confirmation on policy data. You can also make certain amendments to existing policies. You can use our renew policy API to renew a policy for a further term/terms.
You can also perform a check to validate if there are any open claims against a policy that might inhibit you for doing further policy administration tasks.
Finally our cancel policy endpoint allows you to cancel a policy on our backend system in line with agreed cancellation behaviours.
You can also find within the policy API the transaction endpoint which allows you to check a transaction status which can be helpful when orchestrating your API calls to us.
