This package refers to a collection of endpoints and functions that will enable developers to work with a case management system.

This set will allow you to easily open a case on your CMS, being able to make updates and/or request changes related to an opened case,but also manage on demand services including payment.
You will also able to access service follow-up API to provide your customers clarity and full transparency on their case progress.
